CLEVR IS THE BRAINCHILD OF TWO AMAZING DADDIES.

Two former Career Consultants left the comfort of the Philippines in the early 2010s and moved to the US for opportunities. Mark (林道成) Limcaco’s strategic leadership in Cybersecurity Governance is cultivated by swimming in corporate waters. He has worked for multinational companies such as Expedia, Amazon, and SAP Concur.  Jan Pareja, on the other hand, followed his passion and became a published author and poet.

Just when things were getting comfortable and easy for the two, they knew a far greater task must be accommodated. Mark and Jan established CLEVR in March 2023 to return to their passion for Exec + Tech Searches and C-Level Succession. And they brought with them years of corporate experience and knowledge to share with those who have the same passion and drive in life.
